To maintain this standard and accommodate all of our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: More than 48 hours in advance: You may reschedule or cancel your appointment with no charge. 48 to 24 hours in advance: If you need to reschedule or cancel within this window, a 50% service charge will be applied to the card provided at the time of booking. 24 hours or less in advance: Cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% service charge to the card provided at booking. By scheduling an appointment with us, you are agreeing to this policy. We understand that emergencies happen, and we are happy to work with you if something unforeseen comes up. Please notify us as early as possible so we can best accommodate your needs.
